Joe Making His First Pie Review

What was supposed to be homemade apple pie, did not exactly turn out homemade.

Joe Banyai made the decision to tackle the task of making a pie and had his treat made in less than an hour.

“I didn’t feel like dealing with the pressure of making the crust and it was really time consuming so I just bought some Pillsbury pie crust,” said Banyai.

Joe was concerned that his first pie making experience was going to be a disaster, but it turned out a lot better than he anticipated.

Using an online recipe turned out to be really helpful. Joe said that he liked everything about his first time baking a pie, besides having to clean up the kitchen.

“I am going to make my roommates eat this pie, whether they want to or not,” said Banyai.

Fall is here, it's the season for eating sweet treats.

Joe Banyai has never made any sort of homemade baked good in his life, he challenged himself this evening with the task of making an apple pie all on his own.

Using an online recipe, Joe hopes that he may be able to pull this daunting task off. 

"My main concern burning this thing and having it turn out disgusting. I don't want to waste this much time for a gross piece of pie", said Joe when preparing to tackle the baking challenge.

A quick trip to Meijer and one preheated oven later, Joe is ready to face his baking fears.
